Privacy Policy

Data You Give Us Directly

None. SudoFlex has no accounts, no sign-in, and no profile. We do not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal detail, and we operate no server that receives your data.

Data Stored On Your Device

To make the game work, SudoFlex saves the following only on your device. This information is never uploaded to us:

• Game saves and progress, so you can continue any unfinished puzzle.
• Statistics and history, such as best and average times, win streaks, and win rate.
• App settings and preferences, such as theme, colors, board appearance, input method, and difficulty.
• Custom puzzles you create or import, organized in folders.
• Optional local backup files that the app can create so you can restore your data later.

Third-Party Services

SudoFlexuses the following services. Each one is operated by its provider under that provider's own privacy policy, and each may collect data such as a device or advertising identifier, general device information, and approximate region.

• Google AdMob — shows ads in the free version of the app. Ads may use an advertising identifier to limit repeats and, where you have consented, to personalize what you see.
• Google User Messaging Platform — presents the consent choices described below and records your answer.
• Firebase Analytics — reports aggregate usage, such as which screens are opened, so we can see which parts of the app get used.
• Firebase Crashlytics — sends a diagnostic report if the app crashes, so the fault can be found and fixed.
• RevenueCat and Google Play Billing — process the optional ad-free purchase and record whether you own it. Payment details are handled by Google Play and are never seen by us or by SudoFlex.

Solving puzzles does not require a connection. Puzzle generation, saving, statistics, and backups all happen on your device.

Advertising And Your Choices

Where the law requires it, SudoFlex asks for your consent before requesting personalized ads, and you can reopen that choice at any time from Settings → Ad privacy options in the app. You can also reset or delete your advertising identifier in your Android system settings.

Buying the ad-free upgrade removes every ad from the app. Once it is active, no ad is requested and no ad-related data is collected.

Permissions

SudoFlex requests internet and network-state access, which the services above need in order to work, and the advertising ID permission used by AdMob. If a feature such as importing or backing up puzzles needs to read or write a file, the system file picker asks you to choose that file, and the app only accesses what you select.

Children

SudoFlex is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information through the services listed above, contact us at the address below and we will help you raise it with the relevant provider.

Data Retention And Deletion

Everything SudoFlex itself stores stays on your device. You can clear your statistics from within the app, and removing the app deletes all of its data, including saves, settings, and any local backups you created. Data held by the third-party services above is retained under their own policies; you can reset your advertising identifier at any time to break its link to past ad activity.

Changes To This Policy

If SudoFlex changes in a way that affects privacy, this policy will be updated and the date above will change. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
